Besides being a refreshing summer treat in Hong Kong, its flavor has been adapted into other foods, such as ice cream, popsicles, and even mooncakes during the Mid-Autumn Festival. In Taiwan, it has evolved into a drinkable version.

So, how do you make a Mango Pomelo Sago drink? Here’s the secret recipe just for you!

Ingredients:

  • GENISION Mango Puree - 60g
  • Fresh mango cubes - 30g
  • CRISTORY Magic Jelly Original Flavor - 150g
  • GENISION Grapefruit Pulp Sauce - 30g
  • Coconut milk - 50g
  • Cane sugar - 20g
  • Water - 50g
  • Ice cubes - 350g

Instructions:

  1. Divide the 150g of CRISTORY Magic Jelly Original Flavor into two portions: 100g and 50g.
  2. Place 100g of the CRISTORY Magic Jelly Original Flavor at the bottom of the serving cup.
  3. Mix 50g of CRISTORY Magic Jelly Original Flavor with 30g of GENISION Grapefruit Pulp Sauce, then pour it over the 100g of Magic Jelly.
  4. Add 150g of ice cubes and pour 50g of coconut milk over to create a layered effect.
  5. Blend the GENISION Mango Puree, cane sugar, water, mango cubes, and 200g of ice cubes to make a slushy, then pour it into the serving cup.
  6. Finally, garnish with a few fresh mango cubes on top.
